We believe in the importance of a valid and proper Will and are able to assist you in ensuring that your wishes are properly recorded as well as ensuring that the legal requirements are complied with.

Notwithstanding the need for a valid Will, our office is able to assist you in effective estate planning to not only ensure that your wishes are properly carried out but that you tax requirements and/or implications are always considered.

We administer deceased estates ranging from Section 18(3) estates to high net worth estates. Our office is well sourced with the proper expertise to administer an estate from the reporting phase through to distribution and closing of the estate.
